Our neighborhood association represents residents living in West Quaker Ridge homes between Crossway on the west and the Hutchinson River Parkway on the east and Mamaroneck Road on the north and Weaver Street on the south in the village of Scarsdale, New York. Issues of concern: traffic congestion, zoning, new construction, health and recreation services, among others.
